Copyright © 2024–2026 FamSign. All rights reserved. The FamSign software, including all versions past and present, its source code, documentation, assets, and all associated files (collectively, the “Software”) are the proprietary and confidential property of FamSign.

Restrictions

No part of the Software may be:

• copied, reproduced, or duplicated in whole or in part;
• modified, adapted, translated, or created into derivative works;
• distributed, published, transmitted, or made available to any third party;
• sold, sublicensed, rented, leased, or otherwise transferred;
• reverse engineered, disassembled, or decompiled;

without the prior written permission of FamSign.

Permitted Use

The Software is licensed, not sold. Subject to the terms of any applicable end-user licence agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL FAMSIGN BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
